Mya-Rose Craig AKA Birdgirl formed Black2Nature in 2015, and so 2026 is our 11th anniversary!
We are on a mission to get more Visible Minority Ethnic young people, families, and communities to experience and engage with nature and learn about environmental issues, especially climate change. Join a Black2Nature nature camp or one-day event and see where it can take you!
The great outdoors.
Everyone has a right to experience nature. We are dedicated to connecting Visible Minority Ethnic children, young people, families, and communities with the natural world and the benefits it brings, including better mental and physical health, educational attainment, and environmental education, especially on climate change. We work with those living in inner-city areas of deprivation, and so everything we offer is free with no deposits.
